Hi All,
I know this is going to seem like I totally do not know what is going on, but I am not quite a Noob.
I am trying to move one of my Geeklog sites to a hosting environment and it is taking more time than I anticipated.
I have several problems, but one is a show stopper- Gallery will not work.
My old install was Geeklog 1.3.9 and Gallery1. I cannot get Gallery1 to work because of safemode, so I upgraded Geeklog to 1.4.1 and am trying to get Gallery2 embedded.
My Geeklog works, but I have have a few theme issues (not 1.4.1 ready).
My Gallery works, but in standalone mode.
I am not sure, but I thought I had to use G2Bridge plugin to get this embedded. The plugin is installed correctly, I think.
The Gallery remains in standalone mode.
I cannot get the URL rewrite to work. When it is enabled, it puts a 'v' in the middle of the path and the albums fail.
Like this: ....dk/gallery/v/album01/

My site is http://www.grevepigerne.dk
Gallery2 is at http://www.grevepigerne.dk/gallery/
My hosting service is Servage.

Is it correct to assume that G2Bridge will help embed G2 in my site?
Can someone point me to a guide that will work for a hosted environment?

Got it!

I found the correct path to the embedded page. There was a link on under the user user settings that took me to the page.
I will continue to tune it now that it is showing up.

If anyone can tell me the reason URL rewrite puts a ' v ' in the path, I would be grateful.
