FCKeditor not working for user/works for admin

when i post story as user i get
following errros
Error: permission denied
code: 0
URL:
mydomain.com/fckeditor/fckeditor.html?InstanceName=introhtml&Toolbar=editor-toolbar1
strange thing is i can use the advnaced editor as admin but my users cannot see the editor.
One side note is everything was working fine till few days back.
I have added a lot of changes on my site.
How is the best way to resolve the situation?
