Keep getting this error trying to install

I am trying to install Geeklog in a test machine running windows XP and Xampp when I get to stage 2 and click on next this is what I get:
and this is what is on line 117 of ref file:
I don't know what to put in this line or what to change. I keep getting a parse or syntax error everytime I chnge it.
Any help would be appreciated.

require_once($_CONF['path_system'] . 'databases/'. $_DB_dbms . '.class.php';
I don't know what to put in this line or what to change. I keep getting a parse or syntax error everytime I chnge it.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thank You Dirk That did the trick and it installed, but when I try to bring it up I get a 404 error. So I am still looking at paths. something amiss somewhere. It installed OK or appeared to. But when I do localhost/geeklog thats when I get the 404 error.

Try localhost/geeklog/public_html
