Forum Post Notification on mail

Hi to all

I am using geeklog 1.4.1 with forum 2.7. I want to notify me on my mail if any user submit a post in forum. How can I get a notification mail by this.

Simply subscribe to all the forums. That's how I was notified of your post ;-)
