Absolute and relative paths

I have two geeklog sites. Both of them basically work. But, one of them has absolute paths everywhere, for example, this line shows up in my header:
The other has relative paths everywhere, for example, this line shows up in my header:
I looked at my config.php, and it looks to me like both are set up correctly to give full and correct absolute paths-- what have I done wrong, or, what can I do to get my other site its path names back?
