Hi, is there any way I can export the user's database into another new geeklog site or as CSV or txt file?
Also is there anyway to export all articles/news?

phpMyAdmin can export to CSV. And then you could use Geeklog's batch import to import those users into the user site.
Of course, that would only transfer the usernames, full names, and email addresses and none of their other settings ...
