Hi friends!
I´m trying to install GL1.5 in my server (I have a GL1.4 already running and I want to install GL1.5 from the ground in another folder).
Going trhu the installation steps, I fixed all the warnings about permissions in files/folders but in the final step (the form where you fill the data base name, username, Site Name, etc), when I press the "INSTALL" button, I get error 403.
Any advice?
Thankfully,
Ernesto.

Hmm, so you're not even through with the install when that happens. Since the install script won't throw a 403, it may be something on your webserver.
Are you using a custom .htaccess file that could contain a rule that's triggered by this URL? Or maybe your hosting service has installed something? Try asking them.
Another possibility: The /admin directory may already be used by something else.
Do any of these ring a bell?
bye, Dirk
