I thought I would give you a a progress report.
Ive got a little bogged down, I have more or less all the funtionality ready to go for my plugin
Admin screens are proving - errm 'challenging'.
Im trying to define a simple page template using css to
1) turn off geeklog menu blocks on my plugin in pages (done )
2) declare 2 columns (left, right ) stick menu urls in left
what admin function - report edit form in right etc
should be simple ie template_admin.thtml
.container {
position: relative;
width: 100%;
}
.leftbar {
position: absolute;
top: 0px;
left: 0px;
width: 200px;
}
.centerbar {
margin-left: 210px;
margin-right: 0px;
}
<a href="{site_url}/freetrial/index.php"><img
src="{site_url}/freetrial/images/freetrial.gif"
border="0"></a>
<b><font size="4"> {header}
</font></b>
<div class="container">
<div id="leftsidebar" class="leftbar">
{menu_html}
</div>
<div id="maincontent" class="centerbar">
This is the content for this page
blash , blah, ruck, scrap, ship rubarb
</div>
unfortuantely it dosnt recognise the .css so currently trying to figure out where that goes in the geeklog scheme of things.
Thanks for any help.
