Looking for a new theme

I'm looking for a new theme and most of the themes that can be downloaded from this site don't have a preview of what they will look like. I am ultimately looking for a theme that may look similar to this below. Downside is it's for Joomla.... Any thoughts?
http://demotemplates.joomlashack.com/school/index.php?option=com_content&task=blogcategory&id=19&Itemid=72
It is for a School District.
Thanks,
Mike

Have you looked at the http://demo.geeklog.net site for what themes we have, yet? When you visit the demo site you can click on the vThemes to see a screen shot of all the themes currently available for download. More themes are on the way.
This theme can be customized for you if you wish. A great starting place would be to start with the Professional theme and make the adjustment using that theme. Then use Portalpart GLMenu for the dynamic menuing. Basically its a coloring issue leaving out the right blocks and filing in the information on the footer.
If you want this done, let someone here know.
