Mass Emailing question

Just curious about something. I have about 100 members. Probably 15 say "never registered"

If I send out a mass email to everyone, will those "never registered" people get them too?

admin/mail.php will only send emails to users where the account status is "active".

Users that registered but never logged in have status "awaiting activation". You could change that manually for those accounts if you really want to email them.
