i am getting this error

it seems my site is hacked.
how could i fix the problem?

Doesn't have to mean it's been hacked, but it certainly shouldn't happen "just like that". Make a copy of your lib-common.php for later analysis and upload a fresh copy (from the original 1.4.1 tarball!) - and don't forget to set the path to config.php first.
Then see if your site comes back up.
And after that, have a look at line 6161 in the old lib-common.php to see what actually happened there. In the original lib-common.php, that's in function COM_handleError, in the code that's displaying an error message.
