and which one integrates in to the forum so you can pm users?

Chatterblock is what its name is. It's a chat block. Like Geeklog's shoutbox but with options. One of these options is to direct your "shout" to a specific user. For example, at a certain time the block may have 4 public messages and a 5th message that no one can see but you,

The PM plugin is like the PM system standalone forums (e.g. phpbb) have, only it has nothing to do with the forum. Then again, the forum plugin can put a PM link next to each username. But the message goes out of the forum and into the PM plugin.

But neither work with 1.5.0...??? At least i cant get the instal feature to work.

Sounds like they both require register_globals = on while you have it = off.
