Autotags not working

Ok I've got Autotags working on a couple of my sites but I just set up a new site and it's not working. So maybe I missed something but I dont know what? I thought I followed the instructions. They're just showing as the text tags.

Any idea what I might be missing?

Never mind I uninstalled the plugin and re installed the plugin and now it seems to be working.... should have done that first.
