Fatal error: Class 'Date_TimeZone' not found

After first install and first login:
Fatal error: Class 'Date_TimeZone' not found in /.../public_html/usersettings.php on line 519
in any humble manipulations geeklog tries to find wrong paths.
How to fix this? Why installation by instruction is not so simple as written?

This problem is probably bacause of big and small letters. What is this for? Why to use both types typing filenames? As for me, this is BUG.

Not sure what you mean - please provide more information on your setup.
Make sure you have the necessary PEAR classes in the proper directory (system/pear), specifically system/pear/Date/TimeZone.php
Those are included in the Geeklog tarball, but there may have been a problem uploading them to the server, so please double-check.
bye, Dirk
