My apapce error log in showing the following
Site is not loading.
Any ideas?

been able to bring the site back up, still investigating, disabled all the blocks

Which Geeklog version? Were those files really in your public_html directory (they shouldn't) and did you have to copy them back to get the site back up? Which other plugins did you have installed?
