What kind of problems can I expect to update my 1.3.11 to the current version? I am running the photo gallery plugins and forums.

Is that MediaGallery or something else?

I would update the plugins you're using to their latest version once you've updated Geeklog. If you're not using any hacks or custom code, you shouldn't really have any problems.

Depending on which theme you're using, that may be the only things that needs work - there were a lot of theme changes since 1.3.11. See if you can find an updated version of your theme on our demo site. Otherwise, it may be better to start over fresh with a theme based on the Professional theme.
