Left Block in footer breaking Professional Theme

at my site i am getting horizontal scroll when i enable leftblock in footer.
Problem happens in IE6 only, FF is ok.

using GL1.5.1

any pointers?

tried various combinations

seem the problem only happens on front page. in IE6?
