Anyone use Userlist2 with success?

Downloaded userlist2.php from here. Followed instructions. No luck.
I keep getting this error "Cannot use string offset as an array in .../public_html/userlist2.php on line 328"
I comment out lines 328 & 329. Then the script runs, but none of the headings are clickable.
It also seems to be looking for a myuser.php when I click the Search button.
Any help would be most appreciated.
If anyone knows of a good sortable / searchable user list, I sure would love to have it.
