Can't use logs dir on my web server (CHMOD)

Hi all: I am performing a new install. It seems to be going well with 1 exception: the already exists a logs folder in the parent directory on my webhosts server. It has permissions of 755 and cannot be changed. So my question is which files reference the logs dir so I can edit where they point to? Thanks, Bill

You can change the path for the logs directory on the first page of the Configuration:

Configuration > Geeklog > Site > Paths > Log
