I have looked 'til my eyes ached and have not seen where an administrator of users or submissions can be notified that a new user is awaiting approval or that submissions or changes have been made.

I think it would be nice to receive an email notice that some one new has signed on and is awaiting approval. I do not necessarly wish to allow users to receive a password until approved.

Add "user" to the list.
