How do I give a user the permissions to Edit or Delete or Approve ANY story submitted?

When in User editor I check a User to have "Story Admin" under Security Groups, but it will give him permission to edit his own story only.

Can I make a group called "Master Editor" and give the group right to edit or approve any story submitted?

There is a story.moderate right when you create a group.

Try to create one story moderator group for your user.

You could make the 'master editor' root admin. If it is a limited group with personally known users you might dare this.

I have tried that before but everytime I check on of the boxes under "rights" it freezes up the website.....

Sounds like a browser / JaveScript problem.
