Theme and curly brackets with dokuwiki plugin

Hello,
I need some help with an issue. If I write a dokuwiki page with {hello} in it for exemple, I see {hello} with the professional theme but a theme like pure or nouveau show me nothing.
You can see an exemple here, with pure theme {$_TABLES['links']} is missing in the code, go to index page and change theme with the theme switcher, go back to this wiki page and {$_TABLES['links']} is here.
What is the matter? Can someone show me the way?
