My service provider is automatically dropping all emails from my site to new users who sign up for site access, don't know if it does contain virus-like traffic. I don't expect the problem to be resolved here but look for arguments I might be able to use to the provider to allow these emails from my site....
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 554 The message was rejected because it contains prohibited virus or spam content

thanks

Give your service provider a copy of the email and asks them why they consider this to be spam ...
Are you using SMTP or the default "mail" option? May be worth a try switching to the other.
Alternatively, you could change the text of the email.
bye, Dirk
