did config.php change name in versions?

its been a while since i messed with geek log and i was attempting to do a new install on the newest version but i cant seem to find config.php did it change locations or names?

look at siteconfig.php. if you want to change some thing go to your site admin. all setup is in the site not in the config.php file.
