Path issues...Help!

Hello, I seem to have an extra slash in the links to articles and comments.

/geeklog//article.php?story=20090222252552

I checked the site url database value and it ends with a slash.

What gives?

It shouldn't. Paths should end in slashes, URLs should not. So remove it.
