Total Goober on themes need help making one

I have been trying to learn how to make themes but sadly this is going to take me a bit longer then I want to take. Now it's not the art work that is an issue for me is the actual making of the theme if that makes any sense. Other then giving the person that helps me a big think you I do not have much to offer other then driving people your way to make their themes. So long question short is there anyone out there willing to help me make a theme for my site? I am currently working with GL 1.5.2sr2 on Apache 2.2.11 with PhP 5.2.9-1 and MySql 5.1.23 installed.

Have you tried to change the standard theme a little?
