picture upload in static pages plugin

Are there are plans to change the static pages plugin soon? I mean something like picture upload like in stories, preview?

FCKeditor allows for image upload and insertion in SPs - and with G2Bridge or MG you get an image browser as well.

What do you mean scale?
In fck you can edit a photo and specify the dimensions for display, but it does not actually call a transform function.

But Gallery and MG can Wink

O.k., I just wrote a feature request: http://project.geeklog.net/tracking/view.php?id=884

With scaling I meant "The Max Image Width" of the stories. As it is a native GL tool I`d prefer this in static pages too.

Uploading with FCKed does not scale I suppose? Would it be easy to integrate that?

The Galleries are absolutely great, I`ll try Gallery2 soon.
