Hello,
I am getting the following error when I click on "My Account" to change the password after fresh installation. I worked around by going to Users > Edit User.
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 10485760 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1966080 bytes) in /**/**/**//system/pear/Date/TimeZone.php on line 4307

What is the memory limit in your php.ini file? The error you are receiving deals with the maximum memory limit of a php script file.
I just install a fresh copy of 1.6.0b1 and tried changing the password of Admin through My Account and it also failed. I didn't get your fatal error but the system message
"To change your password, email address, or for how long to remember you, please enter your current password."
I did enter the correct current password and it didn't work. I even edited the password through Users to something else (which did work) and then retried updated the password through My Account and it didn't work.
It looks like I can update other things through My Account, just nothing on the Username and Password tab.
Anyone else confirm this?
