So I am the new manager of a website, and I was updating a photo album on the website and I added new notes. The next day, I tried to view the website, but it redirected me to a different website. It seems as if the URL has been changed. Is there something I can do to make the site reappear?

Yes it is. Contact the domain owner or your server administrator and tell him to set the DNS.
