Multifaq v3.0 was perhaps the first Geeklog plugin to use Geeklog v1.5's GUI for plugins. Besides fixing some remaining bugs, MultiFAQ v3.1 is proud to be the first compatible plugin for Geeklog v1.6's new search engine.

Not sure why it became a topic instead of an article, but the relevant links can be find in:

There wasn't really anything in your post that seemed relevant for an article, so I moved it to the forum. Not sure what happened to the rest of it, though. Looks like the forum's "Convert" option ate the bodytext - that wasn't intended.
Feel free to submit an article once that version has actually been released.
bye, Dirk

v3.1.2 was out with sitemap support.
v3.1.3 is out now with many fixes, including for questions with manual IDs. Also, comment support was re-implemented.

Just to catch up (especially as SourceForge disabled and deleted existing "release notes" lists):
3.1.5 Added date support for search
3.1.6:
+ Added autotags for the plugin
* Fixed some bugs for displaying specific items
- Got rid of a remaining ereg function*
* Because Geeklog's tracker recently stated "The old POSIX-style regular expression functions (ereg*) will be removed in PHP 6 and are throwing E_DEPRECATED warnings as of PHP 5.3.0 already."

I've started to use SourceForge's new way for a changelog - actually uploading a text file...
But if anyone wants to follow it here:
Changes since 3.1.6:
* Bypassed an issue in Geeklog v1.6.1RC1 that may prevent enabling a plugin after disabling it
+ Support for searching "Titles Only"
+ Support for search by author

Changes since 3.1.7:
* Support for punctuation in the internal search engine (e.g. "hey, you" would also find "hey you". I've submitted the patch I made for it, so hopefully Geeklog's own search would eventually support punctuation too.
