I am not sure what happened but while I was editing one of the blocks, I discovered that I could not save it. Then I noticed that now I cannot change anything in the site. I can't even change the permissions for another user or even add or delete a user.

Any ideas what I might have done?

Found it. It had to do with this code I place inside one of the blocks:

<img src=\"\" height=\"5\">

once I took it out, everything works again.
