I need to set disable textarea

I'm using:
var oFCKeditor = new FCKeditor( 'data' ) ;
oFCKeditor.BasePath ='../libraries/fckeditor/';
oFCKeditor.Config['SkinPath'] = 'skins/office2003/';
oFCKeditor.ToolbarSet = 'Basic' ;
oFCKeditor.ReplaceTextarea();
but I need to have this textarea disable or readonly, I tried some ways but nothing I couldn't
Somebody knows ???????

I explain u, I use FCKeditor for replacing my normal textarea for the FCK application and actually I can show on my page that but I need to use it like readonly but I don't know how.
