If I save a story Intro or Body containing this text:
<code>
<match key="system.hardware.product" string="AO751h">
<merge key="power_management.quirk.dpms_on" type="bool">true</merge>
<merge key="power_management.quirk.vbemode_restore" type="bool">true</merge>
<merge key="power_management.quirk.vbestate_restore" type="bool">true</merge>
</match>
</code>
I end up with this after submission:
<code>
true
true
true
</code>
My "code" text is being touched and filtered.
Is there a way to put this kind of XML-like code into a story body?

I guess I should say that my goal is to have the code displayed in a monotype font at the very least since I will have more story text above and below the code.

The built-in [ code ] tag is supposed to work with wiki-style format?
When I surround the XML with the GL code tag and save the story, the code tags get subsituted with:
And these new tags show up in the published story text (instead of actually turning the text into monotype font, etc.).

Sorry I guess I left out the part about the wiki-style format the first time... I was working on a longer post with some other issues and left that part out when I posted the shorter question.
