Hide author exclusion

Hello,

The configuration setting hide_author_exclusion (Can be 1 or 0 - If set to 1, the option to to exclude certain authors from being seen is hidden from the user's preferences) seems to no be honored on geeklog 1.6.0sr2

The function is reverse. Allow Hide Author (True) do not allow you to hide author :doh:
