1.6.1 extracts second PUBLIC_HTML folder with only fckeditor subfolder?

Just downloaded the 1.6.1 package, unpacked with ShellZip. Generates two folders:
geeklog-1.6.1
public_html
The geeklog-1.61 folder contains a public_html folder with the normal content, but the second folder contains only an incomplete set of fckeditor files and folders.

Is this a glitch, or do I need it for something?

Try some other program to unpack the tarball, e.g. 7-Zip
