My Account > Content tab
I checked the box next to "Articles" and selected the sole author on my site.
Bam! All my posts are hidden from me.
Although, I can reverse the checkmark box, I cannot de-select the sole user in the list
to bring back the visibility of my posts.
Logging out does show my posts.
I search for "Exclude Topics and Authors" here and seen some good choices on how
to prevent this but nothing on how to reverse this action.
My workaround? Edit another user, login, post as that user, then select "his" posts
to exclude. Well, that worked, but I'd prefer to put it back the way it was before
I messed with it.
Aren't users fun?
Where's the way back machine when you need it?
Thanks for your time.

Solved!
My Account > Content tab > Hold the control key and click on missing user's identity.
Save. Done.

Never make anything simple and efficient when a way can be found to make it complex and wonderful.
Sorry, couldn't resist
Next time this happens, you may want to try holding down the Control key when clicking into the list of authors to exclude. It's a multi-select box, i.e. you can select more than one entry and to deselect the last entry, you need to press a modifier key.
bye, Dirk
