I have a list of 600 users, I have problems sending emails, only receive about 20%. The others fail, I am using "mail", I can not use SMTP because I not have enabled the port (bluehost), still do not understand why it fails, I'm wondering if it could be a pause between each mailing. Any suggestions?.

Sorry for my english. Thanks.

I'm afraid our mail functions aren't really made for sending more than maybe 100 emails at once on a normal server setup. If you need to send an email to a lot of people, I'd recommend something outside of Geeklog, e.g. a mailing list.

bye, Dirk

I've sent over 4000 newsletters at once with the geeklog newsletter plugin.

You may use SMTP through another account it does not have to be on the same webspace.
