Question about translation

I want to localize the language files, but don't know if I should do it with the beta or the last stable relese.

If it's just for you, obviously just directly translate whatver files you use locally.

If you want to translate to a brand new language, make sure it's actually brand new. Then translate to the newest possible version (including betas). If it's a beta, send it as a patch. If it's a stable version, upload it to the site (where people will have to find it manually).

If you want to take over an existing language, follow the same procedures. But only do so if the relevant translator really went AWOL. If you're not sure, ask here about such language.

Could you please spacify the folders and their paths which contains the language files which needs to be translated.

And I've lookup local translation but couldn't fine a new one in the latest blog packages, which means the local translation might not have been made yet or it have not been updated since where they left them.

Also want to know what is the contact method between admins and the translators about new virsions of the software.
