Incorrect database information

When traying to install the blog at localhost I get this error message:
"Sorry, but the database information you entered does not appear to be correct. Please go back and try again"
I changed the server but the problem still unchanged.

I don't know what "HELLO" did to resolve this issue. Usually, that message means one of two things
- the database information (password, db user, etc.) is wrong, as stated, or
- the database password is empty
The latter case should really have its own error message ... The install script will only accept empty passwords for local installs (on 127.0.0.1 or localhost).
