Could it possible to create a subcategories (subtopic) in http://site.com/admin/topic.php ?
navigation manager does not resolve this
I need to had the opportunity to choose a subsection or the partition of several menu in the article's publication,
and question 2
when I create a new story and choose the topic, it's already choosed (first or default)
I need that in topic list for choosing will displayed "Please select", and when I forget to check the topic system will showing me an error
could it possible?
thanks

1) subtopics are not possible in Geeklog. You're not the first asking this, but it simply requires too much modifications in the core code.
2) perhaps it's possible, but I wouldn't know how, I'm no php developer.
Dutch Geeklog sites about camping/hiking:
www.kampeerzaken.nl | www.campersite.nl | www.caravans.nl | www.caravans.net

Question 1
Subcategories are not possibleat the moment. If it is more of a look thing you could create a custom block for the topic list.
Question 2
Not possible at the moment (unless you hack core). You could put in a feature request for this in our bug tracker. It is not a big issue and I could get to it when I start working on adding some features to topics in a month or 2.
