Mobile Friendly Version of Existing Geeklog Site - Long Overdue

Back in 2008 I first asked this question of "how can I make my website friendlier to Blackberry users" - see;

And now more than two years later the question remains. This is what I want - instead of surfing to the "regular" website address (www.panama-guide.com) - users on the street know they can just hit the mobile address on their cell phone (m.panama-guide.com) which will take them to the same website, same articles, same content (already published) - but with a Blackberry friendly layout.
Now, how do I get there?
