Don't do that. This was necessary in earlier versions of Geeklog, but now you can all do it via the Configuration admin panel. Just rearrange the entries there.

But Admin panel>configuration I tryed, and no able to add new menu. because not URL box, if only menu name, connect to which URL, these how to working?
