We can do a lot of things with autotags but what could be the way to realise something like this with autotags?

I use autotags for subsituting html (links, help boxes, etc.) but what you want is a little more complex especially since you have the tab shortcode within the tabgroup shortcode. The only way I could see doing this with autotags would be to use the autotags plugin and create something like:
[tabgroup: ]
[tab: Tab 1]Tab 1 content goes here...[tab-end: ]
[tab: Tab 2]Tab 2 content goes here...[tab-end: ]
[tab: Tab 3]Tab 3 content goes here...[tab-end: ]
[tabgroup-end: ]
