Hi everybody,

I gave a look at the first pages of this forum section, but didn't noticed anything close to what I'm looking for.

I'm looking for a plug-in like Subscribe2 for Wordpress.

This plugin sends a warning e-mail when a new post is added to the blog. The e-mail can be sent on any new post, on a weekly bases; the body of the e-mail can contain just the title and the invitation to read the linked article or the whole post itself.

Is there anything the like? Working with lastest Geeklog release?

Thank you all in advance!

All the best,

-- eG.

Sounds like you're looking for the Daily Digest - which is built in to Geeklog. The FAQ article needs an update - the $_CONF setting is now in the Configuration admin section - search for "daily digest" there.

bye, Dirk

You can also try the Manual digest plugin if setting a cron job is impossible or too difficult.
