How to migrate theme?

Hi i am Cherryll Scoth!
I have multiple themes and I want to change some of them with new one with more multiple features. I also need some new NEWS themes for website.
Besides news themes, is it possible to change my old themes into new.

That looks like a Wordpress site, so you better seek some help from the Wordpress community ...
