Post won't save

Need help guys/girls. I've been trying to upload / save my post and they just won't save. Anyone know how to fix this problem. This happens with new and old post. HELP!

What happens when you try to save a story?
Which Geeklog version is that?
Which theme are you using? If it's another theme, can you try with the Professional theme, please?

I can't input the story and I can even preview it but when i hit save it disappears and never saves. It's version 1.6.1 of geeklog and theme not sure how to find out...

Sounds like a problem with the CSRF token. We have some troubleshooting tips on the wiki - see if those help.
You mention old posts, so this sounds like it worked before? Did you change anything recently, like upgrading Geeklog or changes on your webserver?

I can't update my old posts is what i meant. New or Old. I did upgrade sometime back. I will try the troubleshooting tips. I will keep you posted, thanks.

If i change themes won't that change the format to my site. I don't want that. Can i test it off line or how do i update/change the theme?

You can change the theme just for your account (under My Account), assuming you have more than one theme installed and that you didn't disable this option in the Configuration.
But you said you are using the Professional theme. So unless you didn't update the theme last time you updated Geeklog, that probably won't make a difference.

Yes i have the professional theme. I'm just not super techy so it's a little difficult for me.
