Problems with upgrading from 1.5.1 to 1.8.1

I have upgrated my site from 1.5.1 to 1.8.1 and all my articles became to question marks Cry
How to fix it?

Sothe text of your articles became question marks but the article titles and the rest of the site is fine?

Is this a straight upgrade or did you migrate to another web server/ host?

Looks like the site's URL triggered the spam filter - sorry about that. It's http://houseby.ru/

This looks like a problem with the character set settings. Check what's being used in siteconfig.php versus what the language file uses.

I tried change to cp1251, windows-1251, utf-8 but still not workink normal
