curious problem

I've got some websites with different geeklog versions. All worked fine untill today. Today i change my debian etch for debian squeez (the last stable version). I reinstalled all and I had to do a copy paste of a data disk to another by a problem in the original disc. This data disc (with the problem) containing the data of my websites. Now geeklog sites work fine except configuration sites links. That is to say, i can visite my sites by i can't configure them because configuration links (Miscellaneus,Languages and locales, Blocks, Theme...) don't work. I know is my problem but y ask this because i think that may be of interest. My inmediate solution is return to my old debian version but i want to know your opinion.
Thans for all
