I looked at the Geeklog logs and it looks like it is a email problem. Here is the error message:

Fri Oct 12 09:40:18 2012 - 175.109.31.37 - 2 - mail() [function.mail]: Bad parameters to mail() function, mail not sent. @ /geeklog/system/pear/Mail/mail.php line 153

This probably is a Forum Bug. Maybe the email account is not checked to see if it exist by the forum before an email sent.

Could you addd this to the Forum bug list Ivy?
