Paypal plugin upgrade to http 1.1 protocol

As PayPal discontinues support for HTTP 1.0 Protocol on Oct. 7, 2013 you need to update your paypal plugin 1.4.3 Please read more on this page.
This code will be available in the next paypal plugin but a release will not be available before Oct. 7th
